Just about everything was very good.

Seniors need to be very caution in navigating the stairs --inside and outside. Staff was accommodating but one gentleman's manner was a bit tart.

Very friendly owners, good breakfast, very clean room. Located on quiet street just two blocks away from a main street with shops and restaurants. 22 minute walk to bus terminal, but near a bus stop if needed.

Not suitable for someone with walking issues.

We absolutely loved it here. Managers were so helpful and very friendly. Our room was comfy and very clean. Great location to the city of Reykjavik, all within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing and it even game with the day's weather report! I highly recommend staying her!

Liked everything so no complaints.

I liked absolutely everything. A charmingly decorated hotel. It felt like we were in one of Hercule Poirot's films. The hotel staff was responsive, kind, with a good sense of humor and very knowledgeable.

The whole building was decorated like an old world, elegant hotel. Charming and sophisticated. Breakfast was delicious. And the innkeepers were very generous with your time and advice.

Fabulous welcoming staff that shared history, highlights, and don’t miss attractions. Positive, cheery greetings - felt welcomed and appreciated.

This was like staying in a comfortable home. Both of the staff I met were friendly and helpful. Also they are very knowledgeable about the area, how to get around, what to see, etc. The included breakfast is very generous and filling, and delicious!

An older styled town/guesthouse as opposed to a hotel, immaculately clean, warm and cosy, the owners are more than welcoming and are happy to assist with taxis and advice. Continental breakfast was sufficient for a decent start to the day.

The 3pm check in is a small issue if you arrive in Reykjavik early, There's no luggage storage and having to hand back the key everytime you leave, all minor niggles though.
