Cleanliness and proximity to bus stops.

Maybe if you could provide kettle in the room. Breakfast is really good but if you stayed longer different choices should be offered.

Beatifully appointed room and immaculatelly clean. Owners were very helpful.

I did not check the hotel had a lift and so I had difficulty with the stairs, but that was my fault

Phoenix was a lovely small boutique hotel with attentive staff, comfortable beds and a great breakfast.

If you are older or have knee issues, you might have an issue with the stairs to the upper levels, but that was also part of the charm of the building.

Booked the Hotel Phoenix for our recent trip to watch football there. The hotel is in a great location within Reykjavik, and the facilities in the hotel are fantastic. The hotel is clean, and the owners are extremely welcoming and take pride in their service and also their hotel. If going to Reykjavik I would highly recommend the hotel for your stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. It was a wonderful extended layover trip. Also, it was walking distance to downtown.
