Amazing boutique hotel on Reykjavik 6thmain shopping street. Genial, helpful hosts. Delicious breakfast platter included.

Excellent breakfast

The hosts were lovely, and the breakfast was wonderful. My room overlooked a lush backyard.

Breakfast was excellent (thank you for the gf bread) and the hosts were very helpful. The location was good and close to shops.

Construction close to the hotel was very distracting.

The staff were so helpful to us as we had a short time in Reykjavik - they made some suggestions and helped us figure out ways to walk to some sites. The room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent!

Lovely classic hotel decor, friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent location, close to both the city center and the starting point for trips around Iceland.

Since Iceland is not the warmest country, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make something hot to drink at any time.

News to use stairs

Loved the old style of the house. It has only 9 rooms, so the owners know you well. They served a good breakfast every morning. It was located just outside the busy shopping center. Restaurants all within walking distance. We loved the little attentive touches. Bed turned down for the night, a chocolate on your pillow, the folded tip on your toilet paper. Always asking what we are up to that day and giving tips about bus stops or what we could do if we had no plans.

The shower stall was small. If you are not good a walking stairs, this is not the hotel for you!

Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful without being in any way intrusive. The  hotel is very conveniently situated. Everything was just perfect.
