Room clean and comfortable, breakfast delicious, hot, healthy, convenient. No loud TV blaring. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. I could not have been more pleased.

Fantastic location in the heart of Jackson, near museums and historic sites, perfect for sightseeing. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean accommodations and ample hot breakfast with lots of choices. Would stay here again!

The manager and the lady serving breakfast My wife politely asked for hot water and the look she got was disrespectful and very rude made us feel very uncomfortable And the manager was no better We took out luggage to the car before breakfast and he literally asked why we were going so early I told him we are just putting our luggage in the car so we don’t need to carry it after we have had breakfast ( seems logical to me ) He pulled a face and then on leaving the dinning room he came outside and said what room are in ?? I told him and asked him why was he asking He went silent I told him his staff have made us feel very uncomfortable We won’t be going back No your staff are rude and are you
