Kyma Suites Beach Hotel

Sometimes the staff was helpful, and others not at all, it did not feel like 5 star treatment half of the time.

They gave me a room with "City view", which it is not indicated in Booking, and they would not let me change it without paying more. City view meant a horrible view of a construction site.

I was in Rethymno for the second time. The first time I stayed at Kriti Beach, Kyma's sister hotel. It is a hotel close to the old center, opposite the marina with a special view of the sea from the rooms...a chic hotel. The food is not very diverse but tasty and the service is impeccable. The private beach (10 minutes' walk away) is shared with Kriti Beach and the sunbeds on the beach are included. In front of the hotel is the stop of the hop and off bus and the train that takes you around the old center. The buses can't stop in front of the hotel but it leaves you at a distance of about 5 minutes from the hotel The hotel is well positioned in front of the beach and the promenade If I come back, I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful breakfast: fresh orange juice, personally baked pancakes, or omelet. View of the pool... The beach is not far from the hotel; the city center is also quite close.

Ett suveränt bra hotell med utmärkt belägenhet intill stranden och hamnen. Uppfyllde till alla delar kraven på ett 5-stjärnigt hotell. Frukosten av bortom all mänsklig förmåga att kunna göras bättre.
