Kyma Suites Beach Hotel

We were there in August and it was a very good location. It was close to restaurants and shops, and it was also close to the beach. What I didn't like was the food because it was the same every day which was boring. I also didn't like the bathroom because it wasn't comfortable and it left me feeling like I was in the bedroom, which made me uncomfortable. I think this hotel is 3 stars, I also did not like the indoor pool, it is too small And I didn't want to use it . The staff is very good and rooms was clean.

Excellent facilities, Room was immaculate, Service and staff were the best I have experienced. Nothing was a bother and this hotel has left a very impressive impression - you will not be disappointed. The Bar and front pool were well presented and on point. Breakfast & location were superb ample & great quality with amazing setting, close to shops & amenities. The first night was the opening of a music festival, we sat opposite, had dinner & listened to the entire concert, as we did the following 2 nights. The beach was great, but the walk was a little too far... Staff were lovely, but very young & inexperienced. Great assistance to & from my room with heavy luggage...

Coming from Australia, for a wedding & choosing this hotel for the company, location & 5 star, with the price you charged, for 1 person initially, I WAS EXPECTING MUCH MORE... My balcony was facing the back street, which was a huge disappointment, especially when the other 3 friend's room had a beach view & jacousy. The mattress was not firm, hurt my back & the pillows too big, hurt my neck. The pool was a huge disappointment, especially when I am a swimmer & was expecting to do laps. For the money you charged, I wouldn't come again, in fact my children insisted and paid a huge amount of money, which I couldn't & wouldn't afford or justify.

Customer service is nothing short of exceptional, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The room was a bit tired, furniture felt old. With some basic refurbishment it would look much more modern.

Location was perfect-- very central, but also quiet in a very busy city! The breakfast was lovely and the staff extremely pleasant. Parking was very close by, which was a bonus.

We asked for a double junior suit with a hot tub and we got two single beds and a bathtub but paid double the price compared to a standard room! Very disappointing

Really friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with lots of different options. Location is perfect, near the old town and the beach.
