The location was perfect, and all the staff members that we met were very nice, we enjoyed staying in the city so when we back from Chania we booked the same room another night on our way back to Heraklion

A one night stay en-route from Heraklion airport with late check in at 1.00 am - greeted by a very friendly reception and shown to a clean spacious room. Great breakfast buffet in the morning. Very reasonable parking at the public parking at the marina just opposite. Highly recommend.

The best bonus of hotel is the location! Balcony at our room had 180 grad observation to the sea, port and part of the old city view. It was really stunning during the day, as well as at the night. Bottle of wine as compliment was very nice surprise. Great bonus was too fresh juice at the breakfast as 5* goes to cook at breakfast who made in from t of you omelettes and pancakes. Delicious!

First impression was the feeling being at old times place. We were a bit disappointed as hotel at some parts really needs renovation (or just refreshment to „hit the leg in sometimes” :). For 5* European standart hotel is defined not matching the level. Service was good, and kind, but what was shocked me that they don’t have iron. The answer was for safety reason(what’s about safety of guests who take travel iron with them, there were no single warning about it ?). I was shy to ask why do not share a steamer with guests than? Everyone coming with luggage, logically that many people wanna just refresh clothes before go out. For 5* hotel is unacceptable! We had written wyjątkowo we have 1 big bed but it was two small splitter beds. In 5* hotels usually if they don’t have big beds, they put extra cover of mattress connecting two small beds and not feeling the whole in the high. That’s was uncomfortable too. There is a relax zone for chill, with sauna and massages. Sauna was with extra charge too. What is usually included in the price of hotel staying. During the breakfast to us was offered only instant coffee (or Greek coffee). There was no coffee machine to make espresso on disposal. Which was unacceptable for 5* level. Generally we enjoyed out state, we appreciate all the effort staff made to feel us good. Hope the management of hotel find this guidelines helpful how improve satisfaction for their clients and make every state more comfortable for their guests in future.
