Lodestar Waterside Apartments

Convenient location, freeway noise could be heard but didn’t bother us. Very pretty streets in the area, shops not far away, some within a short walk (10 mins) We were allowed early check in as soon as a room was available, and it was good to be able to park outside our room. The kitchen was old with new dishwasher. We didn’t cook,we only stayed one night. We mainly stayed here for access to the airport and also to use the washing machine and dryer in the unit. It was very convenient to relax while we did our washing and repacked. The little patio looking at the water feature was very nice. There was a lot of light in the room and I had trouble sleeping. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly. Wifi was slow and kept cutting out.

It was close to out function and we could walk everywhere.

After hour key collection worked well. Room clean & presentable. However towel changing wasn’t as indicated and biggest issue was extremely poor mobile phone (Telstra) connectivity, dropped to 3G! I had to leave apartment and make phone calls in the street

Terrible furniture. Ingrained food and finger marks on table, old beds, only an old two seater couch for five people. Manager excellent and very apologetic but he said the owners refuse to spend money on furniture upgrades

Service was great and apartment was very clean and tidy. Beds and couch were both a little uncomfortable

It was a great facility and made my recovery easy

Great location. 10 minute walk to Mends Street. Lovely property.

The location was excellent, easy walk to Ferry, Restaurant, Zoo, Kings Park etc.
