Room stank

Great location, within easy walking distance of South Perth foreshore, Windsor Hotel & Zoo. Beautiful suburb with lots of large trees lining the streets. Property great with lovely balcony, protected from the wind.

Nice and close to the city, fountains could be removed and a pool installed would make it nicer. Good kitchen facilities, but no tea towels. Room was cleaned half way through our stay but only one bed made, was thinking the room would not get serviced so that was odd. Parking a little tight in a 4WD but workable.

The property need attention sofa ends replacing very uncomfortable. The sliding door out to the balcony was very hard to open, the exhaust fan in the bathroom needs replacing very very noisy. Very basic apartment .

Filthy and damaged room. Management we’re understanding and apologetic but we were unable to stay due to the un hygienic conditions.

Shower drain obviously blocked … vanity sink also needs drain cleared

Very unclean. Leaking toilet. Just not up to scratch.

The location

Bed was very comfy, good location. Generally clean and well presented. Shower was very mouldy and there was no sponge or tea towel in the kitchen.

There was a dreadful odor that would not go away even after using teatree and orange power and opening up to air it out. The carpet looked oppressive and so did the ugly big couch, I had to cover some ugly things like couch and the rusted mouldy air con so I didnt have to look at them. I had to wear a mask with filters so I didnt have to breathe in or smell the odour which was around washing machine and fridge area. The shower was good and clean. Appliances like washing machine, fridge and other things were all near new and clean, bed was clean and nicely made.
