Anastasia Hotel Stalis

Amazing hotel. Visited Anastasia over a dozen times now, and every time has been great. The staff are amazing, always so friendly and accommodating. They greet us whenever we see them and treat us like family, which is one of the most important things (in my opinion) when visiting a hotel. The food is simple, there’s something for everyone. Breakfast and Dinner are buffet style and are free, and you can purchase lunch. Location is great, you can walk to Stalis within 10 minutes maximum. Overall an amazing hotel, with amazing staff.

We have returned to this beautiful Hotel many times. There is always a warm welcome, nothing is too much trouble for the Reception and Room Booking staff. The catering and bar staff are always polite and efficient. The rooms are lovely and clean with helpful cleaners. Thank you Anastasia Hotel for upholding a consistent level of customer care and excellence, which will always bring us back to your beautiful island. You all deserve to go from strength to strength. Pulizia delle camere inesistente, personale dell'hotel poco socievole e disinteressato, buffet del ristorante monotono e di mediocre qualità. L'albergo necessiterebbe di un restyling. L'unica nota positiva la posizione

Facilities were decent and our stay was mostly comfortable. Nicely situated close to many beaches and restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. Many families choose this place for a reason as it's kid-friendly and has a variety of things for all ages to do from mini golf to football, ping pong, basketball and a few pools for all abilities. Only down side for us was the air con not working properly in one of the bedrooms making it uncomfortable to sleep in.

This hotel is wonderful for families. The rooms allow lots of space to spread out. The resort provided activities every night and a great breakfast every morning.My husband and I liked enjoying happy hour playing games by the pool while our daughter played with other kids she met at the resort. Each night we would walk the 5 minutes to get to lots of restaurants and shops. The beach was only about a 5 minute walk beyond that. Many excursions will pick you up from this hotel, so it made experiencing Crete very convenient. The hotel itself is a great value. Will return for sure.

Food horrible.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hotel. L'accueil fut chaleureux. La chambre est grande et bien équipée. La climatisation est efficace. La literie était confortable. Un lit parapluie est disponible gratuitement sur demande. Cet hotel dispose de bonnes prestations, adapté pour les séjours en famille et proche de la plage. Ils proposent un buffet pour le diner bien fourni et très peu cher. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon, avec de bons produits et très varié. Je recommande vivement cet hotel.
