Kids loved the water park

Our family like Chula vista as is not crowded and you feel like you can just relax and enjoy your vacantion.

Nice room

When I first check in the young lady was absolutely helpful we ask for handicap accessible room for my sister and she upgraded us to a different room she give us an early check in that worked perfectly because we had small dog. We received vouchers for breakfast. Later at night the kids wanted more blankets they brought more bedding sheets with no hassle the food in this resorts is better than anywhere else in the Dells Chula Vista you have gain a new customer.

One bathroom for 8 people. The sink was out in the common area. No privacy. I was disappointed. We were given a tour years ago, so I thought a room that sleeps 8 was on of those rooms. The water park closed at 7pm so we never got to use it. I always had the Chula Vista on places I would like to stay, but now it sank to the bottom of the list.

Abajo al entrar al edificio olía mucho a marihuana pero ya al subir a las habitaciones si el olor no estaba estaban muy limpias las habitaciones de arriba que nos tocaron

The location from the main strip, and the staff and service was excellent.

The resort needs updates, our TV wouldn't work unless we had a light on, the Remote needed a new battery. Not enough push carts to help with luggage only 1. Needs a floor dedicated to pets and family. And parking was absolutely horrible .
