Chula Vista Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I stayed here when they first opened, 30 years ago! But the experience this time was disappointing. The customer service was slow and they didn’t even have reception at their front desk at times. Long wait to be seated for the buffet and food wasn’t that good. Too many parks, but the towels are too small to last all day. Needs some remodeling. Overall, a good hotel to start off the Dells experience and water attractions great for kids. Oh and make sure to ask for room cleaning service everyday when you arrive or they won’t provide this until you leave.

That there was a water park at the hotel.

The staff was beyond rude, the facilities were outdated. The bathroom in the water park had mold all in the shower area, it was beyond disgusting. The towels that were given to you at the water park were the size of hand towels. The water park staff didn’t want to be there and weee beyond rude.

Typical resort that needs some pretty significant updating, but given the draw is the waterpark there is no need to since they sell their rooms because of that.

Place was pretty decent. Water park was decent and wasn’t too crowded. A lot of loose dogs and smoking all over at every exit and doorway. Parking was almost non existent

The staff at the check-in counter were absolutely wonderful there was a small but time consuming hiccup with my credit card/debit card and the young man JC couldn’t have been more patient and understanding also the people staffing the zip line on the afternoon of July 12 were absolutely wonderful and so patient with the one person in our group who was extremely nervous everyone from the girl who checked us in to the people who ran the line were amazing

The thing I disliked the most was something I don’t think can be helped but I didn’t like how loud and echoey it was in some of the buildings

It was close to where we needed to be, for the price I wish the rooms were more updated. The balcony was nice, and it was nice to have the chairs out there to sit.

Pues la verdad el parque es muy bonito , pero si esperaba mucho más diversion. Porque el precio no fue tan económico . $436 por una sola noche . Un sábado normal .

(La primera ) cosa fue llegar ala oficina y que nadie estuviera ahí para guiarte . Estuvimos como 15 min perdiendo tiempo . No hay señalamientos de donde sea la oficina , en ese aspecto esta super mal , y después que encontramos la oficina hicimos el check-in no sabíamos ni donde era nuestro cuarto. Fatal en ese aspecto el resorts . Les falta muchísima amabilidad y guías , ya que el chula vista no es pequeño . (Segunda ) La villa muy lejos del parque . Péro fue bonita lo único que también no ponen un buen shampoo y buen acondicionador . Y suficientes toallas . Ya que nosotros íbamos de pasada desde tennesse . Y no traíamos nuestras shampoo . Las camas no son muy cómodas como esperaba la verdad le pensaría quedarme en el resorts que nada que ver sl menos en la villa D .

Pools were small, rooms need to be updated.

Need to have more towels and cleaning staff.
