Las Villas de Golf (B) muy limpias y cómodas me encantaron para mis hijos además que tienen cocina, refrigerador, estufa y una pequeña barra comedor con dos camas Queen y un sofá que no tenía las cobijas pero lo hicimos funcionar para mis 3 hijos, mi esposo y yo.

El sofá no tenía sababas preparada y no había extra cobijas para el sofá pero el sofá lo hicimos funcionar.

The door of the bathroom in the room didn't lock, staff at the water park wasn't friendly. They charge cleaning but never clean. We needed a plunger and we had to wait for more than an hour to get it. Some attractions were closed, etc. They charge a lot of money and don't have everything in order. Next time we will go to a different one.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our river view balcony was great with the huge trees all around us! The staff was very friendly and helpful Great bar and restaurants, you don’t really need to leave. There’s too much to do on only a 2 night 3 day stay. Navi Spa topped the stay off

Checkout is at 1030, but the water park doesn't open until 10. So if you want to enjoy the park your last day, you have to extend your checkout for at least $50 or possibly $100 depending on how late you want to stay. Then they closed our room in the computer, so I couldn't charge food and beverages to the room, and had to waste 30 minutes trying to fix it. Also, the towels they loan you if you are a hotel guest are mediocre, better to bring your own.

Everything was excellent except for the fact that the AC was not working in our room, but everything else was excellent!

The rooms were nice and clean but the balcony was dirty.

Balcony was dirty and the water park wasn’t as nice as I thought or expected. The lazy river didn’t have enough tubes so people were just walking around to find one. And the lockers were expensive to not even have a locker room.

Bugs in room deck boards rotin and not screwed down water damage all over ceiling stairs in the staircase very soft

Family friendly

I love the room, it was quiet the only thing I did not like is that I requested clean bath towels and I never get them.
