My children enjoyed the Waterpark and the arcade.

The property was dirty and out dated. We had broken floor tile in the kitchen and bathroom, the sliding door to balcony needs replacing and the screen on it was not safe. The bedding was not changed it was hair all over two of the beds, it was mold throughout the loft and in the pool. We found spider webs and about four dead spiders. The fire alarm went off one day from 4am to 5:15am and the fire department did not show up, security came to shot it off.

The sheets were dirty and stained. The bathroom door didn’t lock/knob was broken. Our outdoor patio light didn’t work when I called the 1st night we were there to have them fix it the lady responded with “not right now our guys are busy with other things, they will get to it another day”.We were there for 4 days and never got fixed. Guest services never answered calls the last 2 days we were there we had to drive there to talk to someone since they never answered there phones. Lastly our air conditioner was so loud we could barely hear our tv unless we had the volume all the way up and then hard to sleep at night with how loud it was.

I recently stayed at Chula Vista Resort with two other adults and three children. We booked a villa facing the golf course for a three-night stay. The villa was okay, but it definitely needs some attention. One of the biggest issues was the spider problem—they were everywhere. It made the stay uncomfortable, especially with kids. For the price and setting, they really need to take care of pest control. We also booked for six people, but the room came with only one roll of toilet paper to start. We had to constantly call for more, which got annoying fast. You’d expect better preparation for a group that size. On the plus side, the water park was fun. The kids had a great time, and that was definitely the highlight of the trip. Overall, the stay was manageable, but I wouldn’t return unless the pest issues.

Our room smelled musty and like a cigarette. There were questionable marks on the walls. The patio door had a screen that was half off. The bathtub had cigarette burns on the ledge and a discolored/rusty drain cover. The A/C was loud and put a musty smell in the room when turned on. Our view of the river was gorgeous, but everytime a speed boat made a wake the pier below our building would rock and make a loud horrible screeching noise. This occured all day and night. I rented 2 rooms and both were bad. I would not recommend the hotel rooms.

The room was nice, the kitchen was amazing! Loved the loft and the amount of beds in the room. The fireplace was nice and there was plenty of space!

The seats to the table were uncomfortable but that is minor. We tend to not care about others "leisure" activities but we could not open the balcony doors or really sit out there unless we wanted to partake by contact.

My family and I love it here. This would be our 3rd time coming here. We love the condo rooms with the kitchen. We love the area. It is about 10 min from downtown Wisconsin Dells. So it is in a quiet area. The resort gets busy but somehow the sound doesn't linger so it still seems quiet in the rooms. We love the customer service from check in to check out.

In general liked staying at Chula Vista. While our room was clean, it is a bit worn out looking. There was a cup full of watery, smelly cigarette butts on the balcony along with a bit of paper trash. However, we enjoyed having the outdoor space with the beautiful view of the river. It was nice to have some pool options since the weather was hot. Just wish there was a larger outdoor pool for hanging out at. We also enjoyed the onsite golf course.
