Close water park soo early

Would be helpful to purchase new and improved mattresses. Our room had a sink that needs liquid plumber. The cover on the outside air conditioner unit is broken and pieces on the balcony is a bad look. Overall a great stay. Would highly recommend this resort. Staff very nice and helpful.😃

Our room had very little storage Older room had to ask for hair dryer no place to put it. Maintenance was fast to remove hornets nest in outside aircondioning unit Husband is highly alergic to sting

What I didn’t like was there was no clear signs for the hotel registration. Also I paid extra to have a room with a balcony. I had to clean the entire frame of the sliding door, the chairs, the light outside the screen. I had to do my best because there were bugs all over. I couldn’t hardly open and close the sliding door. Maintenance did come up and sprayed Something like WD-40. We were told on a Wednesday night by registration that the pools closed at seven later found out the inside pool closed at nine. Luckily I was talking to a guest. The following day we thought the inside pool closed at nine and then found out that they closed at seven on a Thursday night. Very disappointed in the lack of hours for the indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool is extremely small. I was surprised that the price is competitive with the other water parks, considering how much smaller this waterpark is.

It was in a quiet area… The building was quiet

Our room smelled so bad. Not sure if they had just painted or what but it smelled horrible. I didn’t asked to be switched because they had just switched our room closer to the water park area. I didn’t like that people with dogs stayed in the area we stayed in. My son is allergic and I didn’t know it would be dogs there. It was a lot of them though.

The rooms are run down, and outdated. The beds were absolutely horrible. We went out and purchased blow up mattresses to sleep on. And left a day early.

Could have more carts foe transporting luggage.
