Absolutely loved our time at montage deer valley. Everyone was super accommodating and so friendly. We will be back!

Such a beautiful hotel. We will stay here many more times to come.

Our $1600/night suite was located 200 yards and two elevator rides from the lobby and restaurants. The room phones, wifi and onscreen TV guides did not work. Our patio flooded, threatening to flood the room. 10 man hours of engineer time spent in our suite. Housekeeping took tips but did not provide bedding, make beds, remove dirty glasses or clean obviously soiled surfaces. Concierge alternately told us where to find the answers to our tourist questions ourselves or promised to find out and follow up and then did not. Front desk repeatedly denied having receiving service requests when we followed up, while engineers disclosed many of the problems we encountered were known, systemic and widespread. In dealing with these issues, I made more than a dozen unnecessary round trips to the lobby. Ask a capper, the manager finally checked in with us -- by phone, of course, given the long distance to our suite -- and offered us a special meal to make it up to us. The meal was fine -- al the meals were -- but no more than what we ordered, and we were given the full check. Montage: French for no accountability. Nice building, though.

We had a fantastic July 4th weekend at the Montage! Everyone is super friendly, discreet and accommodating. The food is incredible and we loved the fact our golden retriever and children were equally welcome and catered for. A real five star resort!

Beautiful setting. I’m not sure the $800 a night Was worth it.
