Montage had some nice staff...professional and helpful and friendly people in the Compass Sport Rental shop. Most of the wait staff were nice, friendly and sufficient. Breakfast buffet needs help....waffles and eggs cold and hard..so almost inedible and it’s pricey so they should figure it out. Coffee needs to be a stronger brew..don’t know anyone who drinks watered down light coffee anymore. Several staff were professional but just wasn’t a 5 star hotel experience..more like a 3 star.

Nice pools, each 25 yards. Preferred indoor one for swimming, it was less full of kids. Boot warmer was a treat! Long walk from skiing to room.

Jonathan the manager was very kind and proffesional, still the hoitel its not what it supose to be. Not a truly 5 star property my advice stein eriksen or st regis.

The property is fantastic. Pool area cleanliness was not up to par, same with room cleanliness. Doors close hard creating noise when in room.

It’s always my family favorite spot for skiing. It’s ultimate luxury. The only problem I have had is service at Apex restaurant! Very slow and not up the par with the rest of the hotel and their service philosophy!

The property had a complete relaxing feel to it. We were simply taken care of. The amenities were amazing! Food was absolutely delicious! Came away wanting to stay longer after feeling so pampered and relaxed.
