staff was great

Poor communications between Bookings.com and hotel relative to breakfast which we paid extra from with bookings and hotel overlooked. And, no credit for my Hilton Honors program since I booked through you. I'll book direct in the future.

Our keys often didn't work and had to keep going to the front desk. Wifi didn't work.

"Things Change"

Diamond Member staying at this property for years and through the pandemic. Very unpleasant stay. Front desk young man in the evening has been a pleasure for a long time. Conditions have deteriorated. Restaurant staff unpleasant. The noise from parties at night made sleeping impossible. Staff took no action. Television reception awful. Again, staff took no action. I excuse the power being off one morning and no hot water since it's out of their control. On the plus side, the air conditioner worked.
