Glen Morey Country House B & B Inn

The room was nice sized and there was a large living room right outside our room that we could sit in. Great breakfasts. The property needs some repairs.

The room was very clean, breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great! We will definitely be back!

This B & B was very comfortable for our family of 4. The kids loved the toys and our family had fun reading, playing games and puzzles in the common areas. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the main street. The breakfasts were delicious! The only drawback was A/C was only available in the bedrooms so other parts of the house were quite warm when it was 110 degrees outside.

Liked the friendliness of the owner Tom and the comfort of the bed. The breakfasts were excellent!! The only minus was an outside step that was at an uneven height with the rest. Weview this as a potential hazard.

Very dated but quaint property. Noise level was loud from a family with children. Breakfast service was wonderful. Very friendly host, Tom, made us feel welcome.

Charming B&B, conveniently located; very friendly and accommodating proprietor. Rooms comfortable if quirky (hey, it’s an old home). Clean, quiet, dry - very pleasant stay.

Glen Morey B&B is conveniently located off CA Hwy 50, and walking distance to Placerville. Tom (owner) met us as we pulled in. He took us to our room and provided a brief tour of the building and grounds. The location was perfect for our weekend plans, comfortable bedroom and the grounds were so nice we made sure to spend time relaxing on site. Wonderful weekend, we will be back.

Amazing history staying in the the 3rd oldest house in Placerville. (1852) Our kids loved playing with all the toys in our room and the living room. Easy walk to downtown. Short drives to Gold Bug mine and Sutter mill in Coloma.
