Just beside the famous West Lake, beautiful neighborhood, the facilities are new and advanced, friendly staffs. It looks like the hotel shares with other organizations in the same buildings, and it caused the confusion when I arrived. As it locates in the famous tourism area, you can imagine the area is pretty crowded.

Once the staff figured out I was not happy with the desk staff, the other staff, manager and concierge got better at taking care of problems. This is not really a good hotel for a travel or who speaks little Chinese or no Chinese.

"not super modern but worth the price"

It's a decent Wyndham property with good availability for 15,000 points per night. The front desk couldn't automatically recognize my membership status, but after showing a screenshot of my Diamond status, they upgraded me to a corner suite. The balcony offers a view of West Lake, although it's just visible and not particularly expansive. There's no complimentary breakfast, but luckily, right outside the hotel is a restaurant called Xin Bai Lu where you can experience traditional Hangzhou cuisine.

Always great, I have stayed there for over 10yrs and always looked after really well, I have know the VP and all the staff during this time , great rates and location, also the best beds with Pillow menu, fab highly recommended
