The electricity in the room does not always work.

The property is set up for families with young children. Great for activities for young families. There are restaurants and other amenities in walking distance but the prices tend to be higher because of the closeness to the resort. Even the taxi service through the resort to the airport was more than double the cost of a Bolt. The property was a little run down for a 5 star property. We had no hot water the first day and we had to ask for a hairdryer as there was not one in our room. Small things but it seemed pretty lot budget for a 5 star resort.

Huge and crowded hotel. It has seen its' best days. Full of Russian tourists and services are made for them. Children might like the water park if they do not care about worn out chairs and painting. Long walk to the beach where the only pool located.

We stayed in a 4 room villa in the hotel, with a dry kitchen and a sizable pool in the villa. It was walking distance to the beach. Would have been better if there are beach chairs on the beach. Most of the guests were at the pool, but all the beach chairs were full. The customer service at the hotel was good, staff were friendly. We can call a buggy to get to the splash jungle or to go to the breakfast hall. It was a really good stay for the family.

This was my second time staying here 5 years apart. Both times there were water shut offs and pools down for maintenance with a days notice. The place seemed nearly empty this time compared to when I was here before and they still wouldn’t allow us to check out an hour later because they said they needed the room. Over all it was a nice place, if you want to get a lounger by the pool you need to be an early riser because there’s not nearly enough. And they had one bartender to serve the entire restaurant, bar as bd pool area so service was non existent.

Excellent hotel but catering for Russians

I love everything about this resort! Except the distance from the major areas and activities. But you can easily get to for a reasonable price with Bolt app. Customer Service superb! Maintenance of property is excellent. Its so big that you need a week to see everything, lol. Complimentary Trolly service around the property. Within walking distance of a few stores, souvenir spots, massages, and local food options. It has a waterpark, dining options, a small market, spa services, and buffet style options. I wish it was more options for breakfast. Would highly recommend, great value, and worth booking.

Child safe environment with fun activities like the water park which we enjoyed a lot. Spread across a large area, relaxing quiet hotel to enjoy. Rooms are spacious Some improvements: Hotel never replies to Expedia messages. Our toilet started spreading some gas regardless how many times housekeeping cleans it.

Fun atmosphere. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable, but smelled very badly.
