Hotel Balcón de Europa

Absolutely breathtaking views from this hotel. Staff at hotel are very accommodating, there isn’t anything they can’t do for you. The rooms are so clean, beds are a bit hard but I can put up with it. Food was absolutely delicious, breakfast was gorgeous, a wide range of choice. My only complaint is the attitude of other British that were there. Rude, arrogant, and snobbish who thought they had some kind of special privilege with the way they behaved. Older English couples who are frequent visitors to the hotel were just blatantly rude and thought it was ok to be rude and arrogant- basically people who should know better but obviously have lost all grip on how to conform.

Location. Friendly check in and staff. Lovely pool and hot tub. Comfy bed and lovely balcony with a gorgeous view. Breakfast was really good lots of variety and the omelette and crepe station very tasty.

It would have been nice to have some pool Service. Even the phone to the bar would be good. Each time drinks were needed clothes had to be put on and you had to go up to the cafeteria. Also no food allowed at the pool. Some snacks would be good as you had to get ready again and go off to get any lunch etc.

Bed very hard. Housekeeper tried to improve. Quite noisy renovation underway which removed part of beach.

Air conditioning quiet loud when on so needed to open window during the night but venue next door hold wedding receptions most nights and were very loud went on most nights ,it was 4 am and 5 am before I could go to sleep as a result every night
