Staff very positive, helpful and friendly. Staff were accessible and more than happy to help - star rating! Closeness to airport. Access to hotel. Fruit. Making up bed and tidy up. Bathroom was very good.

The right sided curtain missing hanging hooks and sagged, and the garden blind did not keep out the light. Side tables to bed and round table surfaces not hygienic, they need more than a wipe. Chair struts full of dust and dust in other places. Mattress sagged. Noise from other bedrooms intrusive and early leavers were very loud. Only one chair in a double room. Breakfast and parking were an extra. The price of the room was excessive as set against the quality of the room but clearly driven by proximity to airport. Despite the shortcomings I genuinely believe the hotel group could remedy most of the shortcomings very quickly.

Excellent location, you can walk to the city center. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and had a kettle and a fridge. The tea and coffee in the room were refilled on day two (we stayed for two nights). Breakfast was quite good too, but unfortunately there were no vegetables. Apples and mandarins were available in the lounge 24/7, which we really appreciated :) The garden view from the window was lovely. I would stay here again for a one or two night stay.

The beds were too soft for my taste, not really great for back or shoulder issues, but tolerable. Initially I had some issues with the shower, but my travel companion figured out the settings, and we were able to use it just fine. The towels seemed to be quite old (had some spots that wouldn't come off), but obviously clean.

The location

Parking price and the room was overpriced as needs updating.

A limpeza ficou muitos aquem do nosso limite, os lencois e edredons nao me pareciam limpos, o chao tao pouco. Muito barulho da campainha da rua. As toalhas muito velhas e manchadas.

Sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Obwohl an der Straße gelegen, hört man davon sehr wenig. Neue Fenster und der große TV fallen auf.

Wifi funktioniert nicht im 1ten Stock, kein Empfang. In Parterre normalen Empfang. Es kommen pro Tag 10,-€ Parkplatz Gebühr dazu, wer mit dem PKW anreist. Auch am bei Anreise zum Abend bezahlt man den vollen Preis und nicht nur die Hälfte. Selbige gilt zum Abreisetag, volle Tag muss bezahlt werden, aber bitte zeitig das Zimmer räumen. Auf der Homepage steht davon nix ! Dusche im Bad Nr. 46 hat nur wenig lauwarmes Wasser., eher kalt. Am Waschbecken direkt daneben kommt sehr Heißes Wasser. Lampe am Bett ist zu weit vom weg. Man muss sich zum Beispiel im Dunkeln sehr weit vom Bett weg Strecken um einen sehr kleinen Micro-Kippschalter zu bedienen. Wer nachts nach Licht sucht, wird seine Mühen haben. Matratze ist sehr weich, etwas zu viel weich. In Parterre im Flur ist teilweise unebener Boden, Boden gibt nach wenn man mit dem Fuß darauf tritt. Solper Gefahr wer die Füße nicht anheben kann.

The room was enormous and very comfortable. It was clean and spacious. It was quiet and had a small fridge which was very nice to have in the hot weather. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant. Plenty of hot water, always available. Close to cafes and transport links, bus stop to the centre was right outside but taxis were very reasonable as well.

It was all fine.
