"Not a good stay and there’s better value elsewhere around Edinburgh"

Was very hot, edges of beds are so loose that you could fall off. First time staying we weren’t charged for parking, second time we were charged parking and staff were unhelpful and didn’t really care with what we had to say. A triple deluxe room is a 2 bed room (one double and one single bed)

Beautiful building and nice garden. Easy to access.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Stairs to the room were too narrow, which makes it difficult with suitcases and for people over 50 years old.

The garden is quite lovely and the building from the outside is beautiful. Quite near the centre. The complementary tea and biscuits were a really nice touch.

The parking lot is quite narrow. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair on the shower drain and even kettle. The towels should be replaced since they were a bit frayed.
