Great facility, great place and great people.

Great apartment, welcoming and friendly staff, and wonderful location. Cannot recommend more! The staff also offer us a welcome bottle of wine

All great. If a want to be super stickler, the door knob should be fixed. But it is very minor thing

We stayed in a very nice, well-furnished and spacious apartment with a super comfortable bed, a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. While apartments are placed very close to the main market square - it's very quiet there in the evening / night. You can find a lot of nice places to eat and drink in a walking distance. Actually, we haven't used any transport during 4-days stay. We truly recommend Crystal Suites Old Town to stay in Krakow!

The apartment was the perfect space for myself, husband and teenage daughter to stay whilst we explored. Within walking distance to all main areas. Great communication with Anna who greeted us on arrival. Apartment is spacious and clean and finished to a high standard.

The property is fantastically located near Old Town and was incredibly spacious. It was very well equipment with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Anna was a fantastic help, offering local recommendations and being very flexible to our needs during our stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable, same with all of the pillows and duvets. Such a comfortable and easy stay, can’t wait to come back!

I could not fault crystal suites, it was everything and more, spotlessly clean, spacious, warm and cosy. We loved the traditional style & finish. The Comfiest bed I ever slept in & the bathroom was spacious with a hot powerful shower. Great location close to everything and really good value for money. Our host Hanna was the most helpful host ever, on hand if needed and couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect. My only regret was leaving! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We loved it.

The location, the host who was very helpful both before and during our trip. It is a short walk to the Stare Miasto or a very short tram ride which means the whole of Krakow is before you. Anna, the host was always on hand and contactable if you needed help with anything. I will return again soon, which I cannot say about many places.

Stayed in the loft, it was quiet, clean and perfectly located for historical part of the city. Anna is a very nice hostess, allowed me to stay after check out time, which was very much appreciated on a cold rainy day!
