Crystal Suites Old Town

If you want a base for exploring the beautiful Kraków, I would recommend here. We had a lovely apartment with everything you needed to make it a lovely stay. There is a very good shop within walking distance that is open 24hrs. The owner is always available to answer any questions. You do need to bring your own toiletries that was the only downfall. It has a shower gel but nothing else.

Excellent location in nice part of Krakow. Place is neat and clean, good sized apartment. Everything in proper working order. The Fable Cafe, where you get breakfast if you have included it, is also just a couple of minutes walk around the corner and does great coffee and breakfast. Very big minus for not having lift!

We liked the apartment, it's close to the old center but not so loud. Also I want to thank you for the tasty breakfasts in the cafe, it's so nice to have it after small walks through the park in flowers :) We really enjoyed staying at this place.

I stayed here with my husband and two young children. The Property Manager, Anna, was excellent from the start in communicating check in instructions. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very functional. It served our needs well. On the street parking was readily available. We would stay here again.

Everything was just perfect! Very clean, cozy and well-equipped apartment. Air-conditioning was working properly and created a comfort ambient conditions. Comfort bedding and peaceful neighbourhood. Good location of 10 minutes walk from the old town. Very helpful and pleasant manager Anna! Highly recommend to all, who wants comfort and quiet stay in Krakow!

Exceptional experience! Perfect place to stay in Krakow, everything was great. Apartment itself, equipment, neighbourhood and location close to the old town, but peaceful and quiet.

Nothing to tell about

I had a short stay of 3 days at Crystal Suites, and it was a really pleasant one. The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities you need for a peaceful stay. While I did not use many of the kitchen amenities, there is everything you need to prepare food if you choose to. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, with hot water available all the time. I added breakfast to my booking, and it was arranged at a nearby cafe named Fable Cafe. The food there was delicious; you get to choose one meal and a drink from their breakfast options, and I found it worth it. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Old Town is just a few minutes walk away. I suggest travellers who book rooms here get in touch with the hotel manager, Anna, via the hotel contact number, to inform her of your check-in time and any other requirements so she can arrange everything as needed. Recommended!

This is a lovely studio apartment, well-furnished and comfortable for two. It was spotlessly clean and they very kindly provided tea and coffee to use during our stay. The location is about 5 mins walk from the old town, but there is a tram stop very near and the excellent network gets you around Krakow really well. There are a couple of grocery shops, bakers, cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a very nice park about 50 metres away. Beds were comfortable with good quality bed linen. The arrangement for breakfast was very good as was the food at Café Fable, their coffee was excellent. Particular thank you to Anna who was really kind and helpful. She met us on arrival and showed us round and came to say goodbye when we left. She speaks excellent English and was happy to help when we had a slight problem. Liked it here very much and would be pleased to oo back if I returned to Krakow.

Excellent communication from start to finish, lovely apartment number 4 , Anna was extremely helpful and informative, transfers were polite, helpful, punctual and lovely car's, everything you need for a comfortable stay, shop at the end of the street and a short walk to the main square
