Clean place. Nice location

Location good..

Very tired, needs updating and painting. Toilet is very small. Toilet handle insecure. Shower door does not close - magnetic strip. Late at night,in the dark trying to locate the office to get the key and then find the apartment was unacceptable. Very expensive for the condition of the apartment.

Location is excellent.

The entire aspect of not meeting any staff is very unsettling. At least it should be noted on the booking page so people might decide if they want to still rent. Just surprised seeing the email for the first time indicating such directives. Also, the description to arrive at the property was not properly done. Sign poste are not clear when just entering the country. Really annoying! Though I had internet to track it was not still clear. I needed to ask a passerby which makes the client exposed to insecurity. The most troubling fact was that, with paper or phone at hand, I needed to pull my two cases on roads that are having rough stone pavement. Adding pictures in their directives will help the client spot the sign post and May liberate their hands to handle their bags.

The toilet room was tiny

The office where keys are collected is close to the Central Station and not far from the apartment (5 minutes walking in the City Center). The apartment was at the 4th floor but there was an elevator up to the 3rd. New furnitures and facilities (kitchen and bathroom). Location is SUPERB, just 50mt from the Grand Place

Unfortunately, there are two clubs in the same street and one is just next to the apartment (although at ground zero). The room is soundproofed and the noise is not excessive, but vibrations are perceived.
