we got like a 3 story apartment. it was a pleasant stay but just that it was too big for the 2 of us it was a bit daunting. good amenities. great location. practically inside the Galleries Royal of Saint Hubert

main apartment door lock is flimsy, but gate lock is available too. Bathroom was large but leaking.

The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to Grand Place. However, it’s also close to a bar downstairs so can be quite noisy at night. But overall every good experience. The office staff was very supportive and they gave clear instructions for checking in before we arrive

I was surprised that the office and the apartment is not too close to each other. But it’s within a few minutes walking so that’s fine.

The location of the property was magnificent and the accommodation itself looked fabulous. Getting the keys was quite easy and the instructions were straightforward.

For some reason there wasn’t much hot water available and it caused some issues.

The pillows are terrible, poor furniture.

The place is okay old and aesthetic but overall the worst stay in Belgium.

The attitude of the host. We will never recommend this property to anyone visiting Belgium!!! She reprimanded almost every one of us because of our luggage place beside her office considering we are a big group of 13 with no further instructions and we have to figure it out ourselves. We didn’t fight because we are too tired to stoop down her level and might leave us homeless during our stay. She closed her area and compressed our luggage in less than 10 sqm —imagine 13 large size luggage try to open to unpack and pack would that fit??? Where else you expect us to put the luggage where theres no elevator and the sign of putting these luggage are beside her office. She is much concerned about her glass being broken than our luggage and intimidating us because we are renting the place! She could’ve tinted her windows to keep her away from bulgars and not considerate for those visitors working at night. Yes, its a common area but you should not treat us that way staying overnight and suddenly entered at her ‘unesco protected property’ at 11pm where we are extremely tired after our long trip and screamed to us like pheasants! She doesnt know everyone’s background and culture at least respect is still there for travelers. FYI, doors are already closed we are concerned to with our privacy and security. Don’t have it rented if you don’t know how to run a business or at least host your property. Worst host, Im leaving this feedback to inform people that theres better hotels nearby in which we transferred the day after we woke up. If this is for sale I’ll buy it and close it down forever.

Very loud at night, didn’t sleep well. Toilet door handle was broken.
