Small but very pleasant single room with a much needed desk. Good breakfast.

Being on the second floor! I have impaired mobility. I also missed the breakfast room at Stattons - it was so nice but understand that probably not cost effective. Not sure though that I would want even the short distance in winter months, especially if it was pouring, across to the Florence.

Lovely hotel spread across a number of buildings near the seafront. Easily walkable to the beach. The rooms were lovely and the food in the restaurant was excellent

"Wonderful, we stayed in the basement which was my aunties kitchen"

The property was owned by my aunty 40 years ago and I worked there every weekend when I was 14 and was curious to see what it looked like now and it is stunning
