Location was great. Close to the sea front

We didn’t know we would be on the 3rd floor. Lots of stairs particularly having a dog with us made it difficult. Great secure car parking but really difficult to get in and out with cars parked on the road

Very clean, spacious room. Breakfast was nice. Very nice area to walk around in if you wanna stay in Southsea.

Could’ve maybe included the cappuccino in the price of breakfast in stead of having to pay for it.

Kleines Boutique Hotel Lecker Frühstück, nette Angestellte

Kein Aufzug (Koffer in DG tragen) Man sollte dringend den Parkplatz anmieten, da es in den Straßen sehr eng ist und nur für Anwohner. Selbst der Hotel Parkplatz (mit Ausnahme von unserem Platz) ist recht eng.
