Restaurant lovely

Our room was on the top floor of another building. It was extremely hot even with the window open there was no flow of air . Having a standard small bath in the room with the bed was a bit odd.

Staff were super professional and attentive.

Booking.com advertised free parking but this was actually street parking. Parking in the car park was £15. Also the window in my room was extremely dirty.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Strattons Hotel. The hotel was one of six I believe. We were just over the road from reception and where the restaurant is located. Very clean room which wasn’t as big as I was expecting but more than adequate for myself and my husband. I arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be in the room for when we arrived, this was done along with a birthday card - lovely touch. Breakfast was brilliant. Quality meat we got to enjoy breakfast outside twice as the weather was beautiful! We shared a pizza one night along with some chips (we both agreed, that the chips were the nicest we’d ever tried)! Location wise, excellent! Short walk into town and about 1.5 miles from Gunwharf Quays, which was lovely to walk around. Staff were lovely, very welcoming, polite and very knowledgeable of the area! Just wish we could have stayed longer.

There’s a metal plate on the bed in room 6 stations cut my leg on it

“Some” of the parking spaces are a bit of a squeeze - but staff will accommodate you with another parking space if you have concerns

Very nice rooms, super close to the Beach. Very good breakfast, very nice staff!!!
