Expensive 170 per night no breakfast included. Entering the building od stattton full of cob webs and dirty entrance

Mediocre room, terrible cleaning, noise from neighbours and passing people insane!!! Food at Garden ok, breakfast yummy.

We stayed at Stattons for one night. We arrived early Wed afternoon and easily found an on street parking space. When we checked in, we were given a permit to display in the car. Stattons was a minutes walk from Reception. Our room was upstairs. It wasn't a large room but had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. Breakfast was served in the Reception building. The food was served to our table and was of good quality and well presented. Evening meals were also available. The staff we met were all very polite, friendly, accommodating and professional.

The breakfast was generally good but one small point the poached eggs were overcooked on all three mornings.

It is well maintained and the place is very quiet. The room is very clean and the staff are very polite and helpful.

The room was stupidly small, not even able to open room door more than 40degrees. Whilst visiting toilet returned to table to find unfinished meal had been cleared, now whilst staff offered a replacement, it should not have happened. Signage to hotel extremely poor, requiring further guidance to locate
