"très belle croisière sur la baie d'Halong"

Excellente croisière sur la baie d'Halong. Peu de cabines, le bateau reste à taille humaine. De très sympathiques ateliers sur le pont du bateau. Repas et buffet mêlant nourriture vietnamienne et occidentale. Le personnel est fantastique. Mention particulière à Lila ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe du service.

La croisière se faisant sur la baie d'Halong, le nombre de bateau est important; ce n'est pas une surprise. Les visites sont donc aussi parfois saturées de personnes.

we got an upgrade of our room, the room was amazing, the cruise was incredible, not to mention the service from the staff, everybody was very attentive to solve any request

"Amazing experience and excellent customer service"

Beautiful boat and facilities. The activities were fantastic- kayaking, cave tour, cooking class, tai chi etc, and food was outstanding. Our children were the only ones aboard, but were made to feel very welcome. Tim and Tracy were excellent hosts.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war herausragend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und während des ganzen Aufenthalts wurde sich sehr rührend um uns gekümmert. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die ausgewählten Zielorte war für einen 2 Tagestrip perfekt. Das Essen war reichlich.

Das Essen hätte authentischer sein können. Wir lieben klassisches vietnamesisches Essen. Wie bereits erwähnt war die Freundlichkeit des Personals etwas was wir sehr genossen haben - an den Englischen Sprachkenntnissen kann man aber noch etwas feilen - wir haben dennoch (fast) alles verstanden und uns wurde jederzeit geholfen.
