Everything! The staff, the cabin, the food ... everything on board was fabulous. Halong Bay was beautiful and the activities/ excursions were terrific. Fantastic value for money. Would definitely book again!

Not brilliant for people challenged with mobility. I stayed on board for one of the excursions due to steep steps which I wouldn't have been able to navigate. On seeing my daughter's photos, I was glad I opted to stay on board!

"It was good to see the bay"

I didn’t like the food and it was not hot enough. It was quite cold on the boat and no heating in main area, in the rooms there was Aircon but it is hidden so we didn’t realise that it was there until day 2.

The whole experience was really delightful. The Cruise Manager Mr. Huy and his staff were exceptional and genuinely tried to help us have a great time - and they succeeded. Boat and room were great, food was great, and the itinerary was amazing. If I were to do it again I would choose Bhaya for sure. They also have a private cave and beach area so you can avoid the crowds too. The pace of the activities was great. Really, my family and I had a great time.

The views of Halong bay are breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The down side was food, we had special meal ( vegetarian jain meal) the lunch was good but dinner was really let down it was repetitive of lunch. Also there was a ceremony conducted by the staff during dinner which they prepare something for each table, for which or table was left out.Just because we had special meal we were made to feel we were not inclusive of the dinner. Considering we paid so much for the cruise and having felt differentiated and left out was clearly not what we were expecting.

"Very friendly and professional stuff but it can’t be sold as 2D/1N cruise, therefore overprized."

Staff very friendly Facilities Food Attentive support during activities

They sell 2D / 1N when in reality is less than 24hours cruise, cruise starts at 12 noon and ends at 10am the next day…. Limited on activities (only 2) and you stay in one place only for the whole “cruise”. Everything seems rushed… Personally I would say it is “scammy” as it is not really a 2D/1N cruise….
