El servei es molt amable i atent des d’abans de començar a embarcar. El lloc on et reben ja et serveixen te i estant pendents que no et falti res. Nosaltres vam agafar el classic, les instal·lacions son molt autèntiques. El dinar es bufet lliure. El sopar ens va encantar. I l’esmorzar es ampli i dura moltes hores (pots menjar varies vegades, abans i després de les activitats). Les activitats que oferien estaven molt bé. Vam fer kayak i la visita a la illa Titop. 100% recomanable.

Un moment hors du temps sur un beau bateau en bois, une cabine confortable, un personnel aux petits soins, des repas délicieux… c’était parfait.

L'ambiance : nous avons acheté une croisière avec principalement des adultes. Hors, la moitié de la population était des enfants. Par ailleurs, les douches ne delivraient que trop peu d'eau.

Great facilities onboard & location sailing round Ha Long Bay is incredible. Service levels of staff were exceptional - all spoke great English & really looked after us. The kayaking, floating village & beach excursions were great. Food was also generally very good. Reusable water bottles in each room were a nice touch to avoid plastic. Generally high focus on safety.

A couple of the meals were set menu, with no choice of dishes, one of which was mainly seafood so this could be a challenge. But you can also let them know beforehand & they will adapt the menu to your needs.

The pickup and dropoff for transfers to and from Halong Bay was great and we had a good, careful driver. John our tour guide was great.

The trip was quite rushed. I didn’t rate the food. It was average and seem quite westernised with odd combinations. The brunch was huge and nobody ate it all so there was alot of food waste. It would have been better to celebrate the Vietnamese food which is so delicious. The bay where we kayaked had quite abit of rubbish. It would be nice to see some efforts going towards getting this cleaned up- perhaps the Bhaya company because they take so many tourists there could help in some way.
