White Mountain Hotel and Resort

Great hotel and service. The sauna was so nice and the heated outdoor pool was awesome. The gym has all you need and the hotel is first class. However, the omelets that come with the breakfast are super tiny; what a joke. We were up there for New Year’s and we had a wonderful time.

We stayed at White Mountain Hotel & Resort during the first week of January, and it truly felt like stepping into a Christmas postcard. From the moment we arrived, everything about the hotel was cozy, charming, and perfectly set for a winter getaway. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting, fireplaces, winter décor, and that classic New England lodge feeling that makes you want to slow down and enjoy every moment. The location is ideal, surrounded by mountains and just minutes from downtown North Conway and so many winter activities. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations or anything we needed, which made the experience even more special. The restaurant deserves a mention on its own delicious food, great ambiance, and the perfect place to unwind after a day in the snow. Having a great dining option right at the hotel was a huge plus. Our room had stunning mountain views, and waking up to snow-covered peaks was absolutely magical. It was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what you hope for in a winter mountain escape. There are so many snow activities around town, skiing, tubing, scenic drives, shopping, and exploring the White Mountains which makes this hotel the perfect home base for a January trip. Overall, White Mountain Hotel & Resort exceeded our expectations. Cozy, scenic, and full of winter charm.

Beautiful property & hotel. Rooms nice. Restaurant excellent.

The bed was ample but not the best mattress I’ve slept in, uncomfortable.

We loved everything! Room was cozy and comfortable. Fast check in check out process. Restaurant was excellent. They have a nice lobby with beautifully decorated lounge area near the fireplace! Will come back again.
