Unforgettable Experience at Hotel Zel! Our stay at Hotel Zel in Punta Cana exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we received exceptional and personalized service that made our vacation truly special. The hotel is impeccable, everything extremely clean and well-maintained. The food is excellent and the staff's attentiveness is top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised with an incredible room upgrade that elevated our experience even further. I want to especially highlight: Alexis, one of the managers, who gave us an excellent welcome and maintained exceptional service throughout our entire stay. His personalized attention made all the difference. As well as Edisson, who assisted us wonderfully with restaurant reservations and ensured that all our experiences during our stay were perfect. Luis Ricardo, whose show at the Hitachi was simply memorable. Baby, with her attentiveness, vibrant and contagious energy. Gabriel from the pool bar area, who without us even asking proactively approached us to offer the entire bar selection and provided us with direct poolside service. A detail we truly appreciated. Rudy at Neguri, who provided us with excellent service at the beach. Rafael from reception, whose coordination of our departure and warm farewell was the perfect finishing touch to our stay. Without a doubt, Hotel Zel not only offers first-class facilities, but also has an exceptional team that makes every guest feel truly special. Totally recommended and we hope to return soon!

Great individual service from butler

We had bad luck from the start. Our room wasn’t ready. It was dirty, management tried to accommodate, but seems like everything was going wrong. Three rooms they took us to, were not ready. The food at the buffet was often cold, there were very little vegetarian options, as well as other dietary restrictions. No food alterations possible. The spa was not available due to a celebrity being on site. Bicycles were in ok condition, but a lot of work to rent, there is not an attendant available and you have to wait for them to show up. The beach is ways away, there is a golf cart that takes you back and forth.

My mom, sister and I had a week long vacation here and Alvaro was with us the whole way! He was so helpful, kind and patient. He assisted us with whatever we needed. Alexis the experience manager was also so helpful, its not everyday the higher ups in a resort or hotel take time and care into cultivating an experience specific to their guests needs and we are so thankful to him for that. The staff overall was so great from the housekeeping to the servers at the restaurants, everyone treated us like family and after a week that’s what it felt like we became considering the resort is a smaller more intimate resort which we really loved. We also had an amazing day at the spa, the three of us got a massage and it was top of the line service. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to travel to punta cana.

Zel was very aesthetically pleasing. Tropical with and cozy vibes from the lobby to the rooms. The service was great and the majority of staff speaks English, the food at this property was really good. Our favorite dining option was the steak house 10/10. We had a butler that came with our room, Erickson was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and unforgettable. I highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa, definitely my top experience at this resort. This property also has a club on site which was fun to go to after dinner.

Buffet not open, pool was drained 2 days of my stay did not have a lot of drinks advertised available or food. Not many food options. Activities very limited and not available
