The Spring

The room rate is cheap, location is convenience to centre of city which is good for backpacker or budget tourist. But it is not up to the quality of a hotel, just an accommodation only.

It was a pleasant stay and the room service was good enjoyable stay overall

Good hotel but the double beedroom is cramped and looks a bit gloomy they need to bring in more light in the room to uplift it.

I had been to chennai for US visa interview, all I was looking for was a nice place to stay and relax. This hotel was a overall good experience, the staff wa friendly, breakfast served was continental and indian, so that's kind of nice for the price paid. Situated close to the US embassy, ten minutes walk. So no meed to take the auto.

It was very nice of them to allow us to stay 2 hrs extra as our flight back to Bangalre was@ 6pm

I was disappointed. Reception area needs some good sofas and interior is not very good. Movie restaurant can not handle more people during rush hour. Most important - Bath room standard should be improved.

Will stay here again. Convenient location. The in room dining was surprisingly good!!

Have to waste water for 20 mins to get some worm water. Plumbing was of very low quality! Lighting in the room was not sufficient! The room size was one queen size bed plus 2ft on three sides! I think they are only charging for their location which is close to US consulate. I did not feel that it was worth the money I paid.

The location is amazing. Could have been cleaner. The flush was not working well in our case. Also on the last day we confronted some bedbugs so it would be a good idea to check the room before checking in.

There is some unpleasant smell in the room and also in the corridor. Hand shower not working. bed was comfortable but the room has patches all over the walls. Buffet breakfast was very limited. Ill never choose a hotel like this.
