The Spring

We came and asked for an extra bed. The extra bed is a foldable foam that they place on the floor. It is not a bed and it is on the floor. When we complain we manage to get and actual single bed from another room and that was ok, but the first one was unacceptable! The room smell very bad, as is not been ventilated for a long time. We try to open the windows to let some fresh air came thought but the windows were locked! So we could not get rid of the smell The bathroom was nice and overall everything was clean...but not worth it the rs 5000 for the night at all!

My experience was really disappointing. Room service was really disappointing I requested for few items ( room slippers, toothpaste and other stuffs ) to be delivered at my room but in vain. Breakfast buffet was average. No North indian items were present. Overall, not a recommended hotel to stay given the room cost is reasonable ( on the higher side )

I stayed around 3 nights and the staff was really good. The room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was not up to the expectation and standard. Mainly the location is ultimate if you want to stay in the center if the city. US consulate, movie theatre and favorite South Indian restaurants are close by.

The Spring is a good place to stay, about 15 kms from the airport and very near the city center. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The food and drinks are unusually costly. The room service is sloppy and slow. Nothing is catered to in less than half an hour, even if that is an ice bucket. The staff at the reception is very helpful and organised.

The Experience was really bitter and personally i dont recommend for stay.
