Great place to stay to escape the chennai heat. The staff is very customer friendly, very good location in the center of the city as it is close to the US consulate building.

a very nice place , good rooms, but the problem is the service quality is nowhere near what the place sets the expectation, three days , and everyday you have to call for the towels, you go for the dinner buffet and there is no refills even at 10 PM, and the reason given is you are the only guest so cant help it. Can really be a great place if the service improves..

Stayed just for one night, very late check in and early check out!! Very little time to form an opinion but must say that the staff are very nice and helpful but the decor is terrible with excessive use of LED, spot lights and dark/loud color shades that made me feel disoriented.. but then this is an individual thing and tastes can vary!! Nice pub/club in the basement that shakes up the reception area while the breakfast spread is not bad..

Good to very good. Very good dining room. As a foreign visitor I would have liked more knowledge/help with making in-India travel arrangements.

Great service. Comfortable rooms. Nice restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff who will went out of their way to help.

Rooms are very small. Not very convenient for 2 adults and a child

We stayed at The Spring Hotel and liked it very much. The hotel staffs are very helpful and prompt. It is walking distance from US Embassy. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to give visa interview and also to people who like to visit Chennai.
