Close to city centre nice quiet area and close to shops

Wasn’t a shower in my room and the room was very small. Also very cold I couldn’t stay in there.

Very good value for money, comfortable and well equipped.

Lovely little hotel close to Newcastle centre and a mile walk to the start of GNR. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfy beds and comfy pillows. Breakfast was lovely and staff were happy to serve what we asked for on the morning of GNR, very accommodating with breakfast and provided runners with bananas too. Cheap little hotel for which you get what you paid for. Thanks

Checkin was ok, you get a key to the front door to come and go as you please. Room was ok, TV and hand basin and a clean comfortable room. WC and shower close by but not ensuite. Area was very ethnic, mainly Muslim, so there was good choice of food walking distance and people were friendly. No local pub which was a disappointment for me. Hotel was quiet overnight and I slept well. Breakfast was a traditional british fry up with the very cheapest of ingredients. If, as I did, you were looking for low price bed for the night, this is a reasonable option.

Hotel looks nice until you actually spend a night there, food is greasy and poor, I would personally class this hotel as a workman’s hotel, nothing to do within the area is it located

Much what I suspected. A solid hotel situated close to Newcastle. No frills. Decent room. Very clean. Nice use of kitchen area. Showers and bathroom clean. Breakfast a bit average but can't complain at the price. Good enough.

Staff not very talkative at all no tea and coffee in the room you had to make it at the end of the hall way corridor none functioning remote for tv hallway light on all night which shone through door way skylight which kept room lite up
