Stunning place to stay , the staff made me feel safe and pampered and with one of the best restaurants in Cartagena walking distance to everything If you want to be in a spa like atmosphere stay here You will not be disappointed !

Beautiful property with amazing rooms full of character.

To me it just doesn’t feel like a 5-star hotel. The staff are pleasant but not as accommodating as one might typically get. The shower was also cold for 2 nights and a pipe flooded and ruined some of my shorts but they sort of just didn’t mention it.

The hotel is gorgeous, it feel like staying in a little art gallery where every piece had been carefully curated . The service is impeccable and every nook of the property is perfectly designed.

This place is really in the heart of the action- wonderful for walking around but our rooms ( they were beautiful spacious rooms) were right in the front and it was extremely noisy for sleeping.

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente. Quería nombrar a todas las personas desde Mauricio, Christopher, el personal del restaurante, las señoras de limpieza, la señorita del masaje. Fue muy grato para toda mi familia, la estadía y sobre todo la interacción con el personal de Casa Lola.
