Lo mejor el personal de recepción, tanto Luis como Cristian fueron súper amables y atentos, y muy especialmente Mauricio nos ayudó enormemente con sus recomendaciones y su gestión de nuestro transporte. El hotel era precioso, con una ubicación increíble, y la comida del restaurante, deliciosa.

El horario de terraza se queda un poco corto, y las habitaciones no están tan aisladas/insonorizadas como cabría desear.

Al pagar los gastos del hotel la persona que estaba en recepción para hacerle el pago intentó estafarlo Marcando en la máquina de la tarjeta de crédito una cantidad mucho Más alta a la que correspondía en la factura con los gastos que habíamos incurrido Me di cuenta porque tengo un límite bajo en mi tarjeta y se bloqueó la tarjeta

Amazing location, lovely team, original decor with lots of character, great vibe, delicious restaurant, quiet rooms. Rooftop pool and drinks were really great too!
