Couldn’t fault the food selection! 5 different egg choices on a breakfast including omelette! Pool area clean and tidy.

Location was quiet, Half hour walk across beach to main shops . Not really suitable if you have walking difficulties. Food was not very HOT , best part was the Deserts. Hotel very nice, friendly.

Let's get the positives out of the way first. The hotel is lovely. Like most places, it could stand a few improvements. The staff are great. Friendly and attentive. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The views are amazing. The pool bar has a €1 charge the first time you go for a drink. In my honest opinion this is actually a good thing, no tiny disposable cups lying around, no broken glass etc. The entertainment staff and life guard kept every one amused. On to the negatives. We were told prior to booking that the hotel was in a quiet cove, with a village nearby. We were led to believe that the area not being northern Tenerife wasn't windy. Unfortunately not so. The area is a magnet for those people who love wind surfing etc. In fact it was so windy, we had many occasions of our drinks blowing over. Most people were huddled up in their towels sat round the pool. Something to be aware of if you're expecting a winter sun tan or even warmth. The proximity to the airport means you get the planes overhead all day. Be mindful if you like peace and quiet. Now to what seems to be a contentious subject - the food! Obviously reading the reviews you can tell some people actually liked the food. I'm the least fussy person I know. I'll try every thing at least once. And in all my travels I have never struggled to find something I could eat. Except this time. Salmon fillet so overcooked it was almost powder dry. Meat of all descriptions so overcooked it was like cutting through old leather boots. In fact the boots might have been easier to eat. Soup that was lacking seasoning, paella that was stodgy, once containing prawns that you had to dig out in order to de-head and shell. Breakfast was cremated bacon and sausages with scrambled egg swimming in liquid. I managed on fruit all week, my husband had chips which I never eat even at home. I'm a cook by profession. And in my humble opinion if you've never had good tasty food then you'll enjoy what's on offer. Either that or fill up on all-inclusive booze first.

Excellent booked with a mate location is ideal staff are all friendly and brilliant food is what you’d expect plenty of choice and decent it’s not a five star restaurant entertainment wasn’t my cup of tea but the lads made it worth watching they tried there best and everyone seemed to have a laugh everything closes at 11 maybe a extra a hour would of been good rooms cleaned everyday to a high standard definitely coming back

Honest review after worrying about the previous reviews prior to our visit. The hotel is conveniently located from the airport, about a 20 minute transfer time. On entering the hotel we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who explained where everything was located in the hotel and the dining times. Family Room was located on 2nd floor overlooking the car park but with views towards the mountains, which didn’t bother us as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Air conditioning worked fine with no issue. We did have to ask for another towel (as we were a family of 3 and only 2 were provided initially) and toilet rolls but there were readily available. Pool area was clean and plenty of loungers but probably more busier in the summer months, but there is an access gate to the beach. Food was good, freshly cooked options every day and plenty of variety. The water dispenser probably could have done with a clean and we bought bottled water from the little shop located next door to the hotel. Food could be on the colder side but it depended on the time we went to eat. Entertainment was limited, but again this could have been due to the time we visited. Day time activities took place - table tennis, darts, aquarobics. The bar area inside could get left with empty glasses lying around but think that was maybe just certain members of staff being lazy whereas others were on the ball. Good idea to charge 1 euro for outside bar glasses as it ensures no empty glasses lying around as everyone has to take it back to get a fresh drink. Glass was renewed each time with a clean one. Oh, make sure you take towel pegs cause it’s gets quite windy. Overall we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and its staff and the location was good, especially after reading some negative reviews and when we broke the price down felt it was reasonable. At the end of the day it was nice and hot ☀️ with good food 🥘 and drinks 🥂 Don’t be too dismayed about other reviews, take into account what you’ve paid for flights, all inclusive food and most drinks.

The hotel layout made it look like a prison. The evening entertainment could be heard from you room until it finished late at night. Then from about 6am you could hear the kitchen staff going about their business. The spa area was awful. The wooden benches in the sauna was all chipped and dangerous ri sit on the steam room was just as bad. The cold water plunge pool was steel and rusty. The swimming pool area was nice. The staff were lovely though the restaurant had a variety of food, which was nice but the hot food wasn't very hot.

The room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. However, there were a few things that let the stay down, mainly regarding the all-inclusive offering. We only received water on the first night and it was never replaced, so we ended up buying our own from the shop next door. There was also nothing left in the fridge throughout the stay — something we’re used to having in other all-inclusive hotels, where small drinks or refreshments are usually restocked daily. The food was the biggest disappointment. Most meals were cold, repetitive, and often unlabeled, so it was hard to know what anything was. I don’t eat chicken, and I picked up what I thought were potatoes in a salad, only to find they also contained chicken. Breakfast was the best meal of the day, though still very repetitive. Some foods were overcooked, there were minimal staff clearing plates, and drinks like coffee, juices, and alcohol were quite poor. Thankfully, we had brought our own coffee. Because of this, we ended up eating out most days, and on the days we didn’t, we stuck to cheese and crackers from the restaurant (which felt like the safest option, though even the cheese selection was limited). Based on the food and restaurant experience alone, this would be a 3-star stay at most. That said, if you’re coming for a quiet, relaxing holiday, this hotel absolutely delivers. We would recommend it for the peaceful atmosphere and lovely rooms, but would advise future guests to be prepared to eat out or keep things simple with snacks and ice cream (which was actually quite nice). With just improvements to the food quality and labeling, this hotel could offer a much stronger all-inclusive experience.
