Sehr freundliches, immer ansprechbares Personal insbesondere an der Rezeption. Man bekommt regionale Empfehlungen z.T. auf perfektem Deutsch oder perfektem Englisch. Direkt neben dem Hotel liegt ein kleiner Supermarkt (ähnlich einem deutschen Späti), der bis 21 Uhr geöffnet hat. Die Lage des Hotels und Aussicht vom Balkon sind wirklich wunderschön, Hotel liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr ruhig, selbst den nahegelegenen Flughafen hört man selten. Beim Essen sind die meisten Fischgerichte und Desserts gelungen. Der Außenpool ist traumhaft, auch dort ist das Personal sehr höflich und präsent.

Nicht jede Servicekraft kann wirklich Englisch sprechen, aber dann kommuniziert man eben mit Händen und Füßen, wenn man wie ich, leider kein Spanisch spricht. Personal am Spa Empfang leider nicht allzu höflich. Die Innenpools und Saunen sind nur nach Zahlung eines Tageseintritts von 15 Euro zu nutzen, geöffnet auch nur von 10 bis 18 Uhr. Anscheinend müssen sie dazu Gäste sehr oft informieren, wovon sie genervt wirken. Sauberkeit der Handtücher und Bettwäsche ist, wenn man genauer hinsieht, auch eher mittelmäßig. Das Essen ist z.T. leider wirklich auch eher schlecht bis mittelmäßig und auch eher auf die primär britischen Gäste ausgelegt. Irgendwann hat man aber raus, was der Küche gelingt (in meinem Aufenthalt Meeresfrüchte und Fisch, Desserts). Durch die o-förmige Bauweise wirkt das Hotel akustisch wie ein Resonanzraum: laute Veranstaltungen im Erdgeschoss sind bis in die oberste Zimmer hörbar (Karaoke, Partys) bis in die späten Abendstunden zu hören. Da das ein Erwachsenen Hotel ist fand ich das nicht verwunderlich und nicht problematisch, muss man sich nur bewusst sein. Und zu den Erwartungen gegenüber den anderen Gästen: Diese legen das Thema Etikette z.B. im Essensbereich eher entspannt aus, es entspricht eher einem internationalen als einem deutschen 4-Sterne-Verständnis. Für mich mich geringfügig störend, aber gut zu wissen.

Die Bilder hier sind schon sehr manipulativ. Allerdings geräumige Zimmer, ich bekam kostenlos ein Upgrade. Lage am Meer ist schön.

Doch recht weit zur Innenstadt entfernt, die Bilder suggerieren ein Paradies, allerdings ist es ein großes älteres Hotel, hauptsächlich für ältere Leute die all inclusive wollen. Das innen in der Halle sieht wie ein Gefängnis aus. Karaoke bis 22 Uhr ist nervig bis grausam, überall zu hören. Das Abendbuffet ist typisch all-inclusive, war ok, aber es gibt zu ähnlichem Preis tolle Restaurants in El medano und auch gegenüber vom Hotel

Hotel war alles andere als sauber extrem laut bis 1 uhr nachts, Karaoke in extremer Lautstärke bis 23.00 - sehr hellhörige Zimmer Frühstück katastrophal, Lebensmittel teilweise schimmlig und nicht genießbar - wir haben nach dem ersten Frühstück nciht mehr im Hotel gegessen generell ist das Hotel extrem abgewohnt nicht sauber und baufällig

Inkább a csendre, nyugalomra vágyó idősebb korosztályt célozza meg.Aki pezsgőbb éjszakai életre vágyik,annak 20-25 km-t taxiznia kell másik városba,ahol ez adott.

We stayed for 12 nights all inclusive including Christmas Day and really enjoyed it. The food and drinks available were good, the pool area was a sun trap and kept tidy and clean. The hotel is eco friendly with reusable cups by the pool and solar panels on roof. The best thing was the staff, all very friendly and attentive. They spoke good English and remembered you, we didn’t eat out as the food was very good and on Christmas Day the tables all had a bottle of wine and decorations on them. Our room was sea facing and was spacious and was cleaned every day. Some equipment in the gym was out of order but I still managed 4 workouts in there. The spa is a little dated but functional and we enjoyed the complimentary 2 hours in there. A few people were complaining about the food selection and it not being hot enough, I usually tried about 5 different foods each night and enjoyed all of it. Main reason to return here would definitely be the amazing staff.

We chose this hotel for the location, with great walks nearby. We had read so many negative reviews we didn't expect much, especially as we normally book hotels with large, attractive grounds. However we really enjoyed our stay, the food was very good, staff all excellent and very friendly, and unusually for us, even joied in with the entertainment. We really don't understand the negative reviews, yes, not everything was perfect and it isn't a luxury hotel but excellent for the price we paid. Regarding the area, being right on the beach was a massive plus and the walk into El Medano was always enjoyable, we loved the town. There is a stunning natural beach 15mins walk to the east and the walks around red mountain are always stunning. We definitely want to return to the area. The main reasons we are unsure about returning are the drink quality isn't the best (we still drank plenty though) and we really needed a second bar to visit during the day. The beautiful terrace bar doesn't open until 3.30pm, since we aren't sunbathers we needed a change from sitting around the pool. Also since you couldn't access the pool area until 9am it was a shame I couldn't enjoy an early morning coffee in the sun on the terrace. I resorted to doing yoga on the beach instead which was far more healthy! Good hotel with a good vibe, far better than many previous reviews and we had a wonderful holiday.
