Kn Hotel Arenas del Mar Adults Only

Absolutely fantastic time here at Arenas Del Mar. Food was amazing with a great variety every day. Marco is a fantastic activity coordinator we did lots of different activities and enjoyed them all. 10/10

Pedro hosted us and was absolutely amazing when we stayed over Christmas. He hosted karaoke and was a great sport. 10/10

We liked very little. I had stayed here 15 years ago and really can’t believe it deteriorated so much.

There is a smell. There is entertainment that is “in your face” I had a treatment that wasn’t great. The air conditioning didn’t work. The breakfast was not edible. I am not a fussy traveller but we left a day early.

Un 10/10 para todo el personal del hotel, gente de recepción, restaurante, los dos bares, animacion, socorrista, todos muy amables. Uno se siente de bien como en casa😊 También tengo que decir que la piscina está bien y que, al ser un hotel solo para adultos, se puede desconectar y relajarse, ya que el ambiente es tranquilo, y eso sí que se agradece.

Me parece un engaño absoluto que este hotel tenga cuatro estrellas, porque no las merece en absoluto. Como mucho, y siendo generosa, sería un hotel de dos estrellas. Viajo mucho y estoy acostumbrada a alojarme en hoteles de una, dos, tres y cuatro estrellas, así que hablo con conocimiento. Elegí este hotel porque quería permitirme algo de “lujo”, pero por la mitad del precio podría haberme alojado una semana entera en otro sitio, en mejores condiciones. La limpieza es inexistente: polvo por todas partes, pelos en la cama (tuve que pedir que cambiaran las sábanas), el sofá lleno de pelo rubio —yo soy morena, así que ni siquiera me senté—. El suelo y la ducha estaban sucios(mas pelos). No exagero: no es una mancha puntual, es una clara falta de limpieza profunda en todo el alojamiento. Además, hay detalles básicos que no funcionan o están muy deteriorados: ni siquiera el cubo de basura funciona, la puerta es vieja, sucia y muy desgastada, todo da sensación de abandono. Si este hotel se anunciara como de dos estrellas, probablemente no me quejaría tanto. Pero pagando lo que se paga y vendiéndose como un cuatro estrellas, la experiencia resulta totalmente engañosa. Por todo esto, mi valoración es 3 de 10. No lo recomiendo.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Balcony nice and private. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was included and more than enough to choose from.

Room was a bit noisy, as my neighbors were kind of loud. Entertainment in the evening was really loud, but both easily fixed with earplugs.

We had a very lovely trip there with Marco and Juan Fran,the experience was amazing and good food too Definitely we are looking forward for the next trip here

Flies around the fruit not enticing

Came back a week ago with my partner from a weeks all inclusive break. The hotel is gorgeous. In a stunning location next to the sea. A little windy but it was December so it’s to be expected. Also I would invest in some anti fly spray as I think as the weather is cooler more seem to be approaching. The food is nice and plenty of it. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The two entertainers Juan Fran and Marco are hilarious and always trying to get people up and enjoying themselves. We loved the karaoke evenings. A lot of fun. Lots of local restaurants near by as well. If you walk around the corner from the hotel there are three great ones about ten mins away and cheap. I actually got engaged on this holiday so now we will definitely be back. If you can use the spa also. Very relaxing and worth the money. We had a couples massage and used the jacuzzi and had chocolates and cava which was lovely. You get what you pay for with this holiday and it’s worth the money. The pool a little chilly but once you’re in it’s nice. We will be back in the future!!
