Amazing hotel, perfect, great location, awesome staff, very friendly and professional, delicious food.

Returned from Arenas del mar hotel 14th January a Jet2 holiday. Mixed review about hotel. Overall the hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and we had a lovely sea view. Myself and friend enjoyed the spa, nice touch of voucher for two having booked a sea view room. Entertainment was maybe not the best but enjoyed the saxophonist who was really good. We just wanted a relaxing holiday so weren't too fussed. Re Jonathan (Animation team) he was a very pleasant young man and worked hard at involving people in activities, always taking time to chat and ask about your day. Pool area nice and plenty beds or chairs to sit. The downside was the food in restaurant. Restaurant itself is well set out and lovely views. Unfortunately food let it down, food that should be warm wasn't. Microwave provided but this shouldn't be needed. No one at door of restaurant to welcome you or check overall if things were running smoothly. We had an email from jet2 shortly before holiday to say they had changed their rating from a 4 star to a 3 and think it might be because of problems with restaurant

This is a beautiful eco friendly hotel on the seafront. The wonderful and hard working staff are friendly, professional and cannot do enough to help you. The cuisine is excellent, there is something for everyone and a wide variety of delicious fresh fish, meat and vegan options at every meal. The hotel rooms are very spacious and are well appointed. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and the evening pianoist and trombonist are wonderful. The heated outdoor swimming pool is superb and there is also an amazing spa. We cannot thank Vicky , Head Receptionist, enough for making our 8th stay in Arenas del Mar extra special, as well as Charlotte at reception and Maria and Eleanor at the bar. Thank you to all the hard working staff at this wonderful hotel which Imwould rate 4 star plus. We look forward to returning. Lindy and William

Lage {Einflugschneise), sehr laut, Frühstück extrem schlecht , dunkle Zimmer,

nettes, ruhig gelegenes Hotel direkt am Strand mit angenehm warmem Pool, zuvorkommendem Personal und nett eingerichteten Zimmern.

Leider entpuppte sich der Zusatz "Wellness Hotel" als Mogelpackung. Der Wellness Bereich (Indoor Pool, Wirlpool etc) war nur mit erheblichen Zusatzkosten nutzbar und nicht in den Hotelkosten enthalten. Zwischen 21:00 und Mitternacht war innerhalb des Hotels eine unglaubliche Lärmbelastung durch Karaoke, Disco und sonstiges Entertainment.
