The Tangerine - a Burbank Hotel

Another multi-night stay @ The Tangerine - my go-to hotel on my frequent travels to the area for work. The hotel, the staff, the amenities, and the location are all awesome!

We absolutely loved our recent stay at The Tangerine Hotel! This charming 1960s boutique hotel has such a wonderful nostalgic vibe while still offering all the comfort and cleanliness you could ask for. It truly feels like a hidden gem. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. You can tell the property is cared for with pride. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The coffee machines were also a fantastic touch — such a convenient and appreciated amenity. The location is perfect — within easy walking distance to great restaurants and even Warner Bros. Studios, which made our trip even more special. The adjacent Mexican restaurant, Don Cuco Mexican Restaurant, was absolutely delicious, and we loved that the original Bob's Big Boy is also within walking distance for a fun, classic dining experience. One of our favorite touches was the incredible pastries delivered fresh every morning from Homeboy Bakery. They were absolutely amazing and such a thoughtful addition to our stay. We also appreciated how convenient everything was — we were able to catch the metro right down the street, which took us to the iconic TCL Chinese Theatre and the stunning Griffith Observatory with ease. Everything about this hotel made us feel welcome and relaxed. We can’t wait to come back — this will definitely be our go-to place whenever we’re in the area!

Friendly staff - Amber provided food options, Hollywood sign sighting - Clean room, great location, pastries for breakfast, free parking, short Uber ride to Universal.

Wonderful place to stay. Amazing location. Could not recommend this place enough. Cant fault it at all. Very clean and all the staff were great. Free pastries on a morning with coffee.

Great location, with parking, small pool and a really super breakfast. Clean room. Safe area.

Great motel in a great, safe area. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Very unique retro feel. The staff were wonderful. Great coffee machine available 24/7 in the lobby. Beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable.

Booked a two night stay because I had a medical procedure that I had to do in Burbank and I live in the Mar Vista area. The staff was very accommodating, courteous and very knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and had a small refrigerator which was very convenient. The great thing was the all the different restaurants within walking distance. I ate at Don Cuco’s Mexican Restaurant the first night and Novo Cafe Italian Restaurant the second, both were great. I recommend staying at the Tangerine Hotel.

The rooms were clean the staff was friendly and the location was perfect..walking distance to Warner Brothers Studio and a quick rideshare to universal studios. A short drive to LA and many restaurants within walking distance.
