Best Budget Inn - Abilene

The folks there were very courteous and I want to say generous as well that might not be the greatest word but they were willing to give me better without question. The owners of the place are wonderful people.

We did not stay at this hotel at all. They were shut down. The owner spoke to my son directly and told him we would get a refund for the stay.

My room wasnt available they lied about the size mattress that i paid for and she told me to cancel but I used a card and hotels.com nor this Motel will reimburse me so I guess both of y'all suck. I give a middle finger to this hotel and I would like to inform all future customers that hotels.com will not get your back if you get ripped off this is a horrible site to book on I would refer everyone I know to either booking or Trivago

This place was great! For the price, I expected very little. It was extremely late at night and I just needed sleep, so I wasn't concerned with amenities, but this was place quite nice for a budget place.

the room was clean and the front guy was efficient. Free ice machine was a huge help.

Disgusting , there were bugs , sink was clogged , toilet wouldn’t flush , there was no toilet paper. Payed for two nights and only stayed one , didn’t receive a refund but didn’t care because this place is nasty and unsanitary, save your money.

The staff was very attentive to any request we had. The room was very comfortable and just what we expected when we booked. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean, and we could tell that several things had been renovated on the property. Some of the furniture was noticeably worn, but that did not detract from it's serviceability.
