"Lady behind desk very unfriendly "

Went out for supper came back light shade broke don't know how no one around in morning when went to check out a homeless man in lobby looking for food felt unsafe at night it's like they lock up leaving guest to defend for self

"Minor problem."

blem over checking in as they claimed to have no record of my booking. After a short delay this was overcome although they did not say whether they had found it. I assumed that they had because they did not charge me.

"Ideal stop off from the eurotunnell"

Room was small But fine for 1 night. Only problem was the non smoking room stank of smoke. This really is a no no. But for the price - it was ideal for a few hours sleep.

"Can't expect too much for the price."

Nice and close to the tunnel. Ideal for a stop over, but there was a hair in the sink. Dont expect much. Think Travelodge on a bad/average day. There is an Ibis next door - may check how much that is next time. No surprises but didn't like the hair in the sink.

"Good hotel, decent beeakfast."

We arrived after dinner and had to key in a code to get in. No-one on reception so found our own way to our rooms. No elevator for our guest with mobility problems. No towels in our room so were not able to have a shower in morning. Other guests had towels so an oversight but noone on reception to sort it out. Breakfast good. receptionist was friendly and helpful when she came on duty. Would stay again.

"Decent hotel, just unlucky experience."

Arrived at hotel around 9pm in evening and found another couple outside struggling with the code to enter the hotel (no one on reception). We were able to help them get in or they'd still be there. We had requested wheelcair accessibility on our reservation and found our rooms to be on the second floor with no elevator. What a major pain. Also, we had NO towels in our bathroom and no-one on reception when we needed to get ready to leave so no shower for us that morning. Hotel was clean and comfortable and breakfast was reasonable.
